Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada. She is American. She has produced many studio records. The songs of DiFranco are classified as alternative and folk. But, they are influenced by hip-hop, jazz, and punk. Ani Difranco is considered to be a feminist hero as well as a Grammy award winner. In the beginning, as one of the first female artists in the 1990s, DiFranco founded her own label.
